About KR Agencies

KR Agencies is run from our home in Greymont Johannesburg. We are dealers for MVVS and ENYA engines. MVVS from the Czech Republic has been making top quality engines since the early 1950’s and I am proud to sell them here in South Africa since 2000. They made a fine range of 2-stroke glow engines for many years, that have come to be respected for high quality and performance. Their petrol engines are now well established as world leaders in power to weight ratio and high quality, and are being used more and more by aerobatic pilots around the planet. In 2007 MVVS introduced their innovative line of IN/OUT-runner electric motors, and in keeping with their high standard of workmanship, they have succeeded in complimenting their range of high-performance engines. I also sell ENYA engines. They produce excellent products, and make some great 4-stroke engines, plus a good range of control-line engines. This Japanese manufacturer has been making model engines since the 1940’s and is world-renowned for top quality high-performance engines that last virtually forever. Sure they cost more than many of the cheaper products available today, but you get what you pay for!

I also supply “hard-to-get” products for control line flying. You can get steel flying lines, clips, control handles etc. from me. There are a number of ARF C/L models available these days from many hobby shops for those that do not want to build from scratch.

Since 2008 I have been developing systems for electric C/L stunt models. This resulted in the development of my KR Governor Timer system that provides a practical and low-cost system that has it’s own constant rpm governor system without needing any of the expensive high-end, special speed controllers.
